Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students an introduction to personal computer maintenance which reflects and tracks the CompTIA certification path designed to help them prepare for and pass the CompTIA A+ 220-1001 and 220-1002 exams in order to become CompTIA A+ certified. The course assignments, including readings, quizzes, practice lab exercises, and exams, align to CompTIA A+ certification competencies, including those related to hardware, networking, mobile devices, hardware and network troubleshooting, Windows operating systems, other operating systems and technologies, security, software troubleshooting, and operational procedures. Additionally, the course offers students CompTIA A+ practice exams and a CompTIA A+ exam discount for students who complete the course.
