Objective:

The course objective is to help prepare learners for the CompTIA A+ certification exams.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify and describe the key components of smartphones and tablets
  • Describe causes of common system failures and available troubleshooting tools

  • Describe the key features and functions of the Windows Operating Systems
  • Personalize and customize the Windows desktop experience
