Description

Objective:

The objective of this course is to explore how you can go from being a Scrum Team Member to becoming a Scrum Master. Every organization is looking to transform towards a more Agile mindset. As a result, there is an increasing demand for Senior Software Project Managers with relevant training and experience in Agile methodologies relating to software development.

Learning Outcomes:

  • apply the fundamentals of Lean, Agile, and Scrum, compare them to traditional project management, and describe the basic Scrum process and framework
  • work in Scrum teams, collaborate, self-manage, interact with stakeholders, and apply Scrum best practices
