Objective:

The course objective is to review the steps and processes businesses follow to complete tasks and meet deadlines by focusing on the role project managers play in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects.

Learning Outcomes:

  • describe the elements of process groups and knowledge areas in project management;
