Description

Objective:

The course objective is to learn how to approach mathematics in a way that will positively inform the student's world. Students will learn how to use an easily understandable approach for basic math and algebra to create meaning and see the world in a new way.

Learning Outcomes:

solve basic arithmetic equations
solve or simplify multi-step arithmetic expressions
solve fraction and decimal arithmetic expressions
execute conversions between decimals, fractions, and percents to solve for real world problems
solve linear algebraic equations
solve linear inequality word problems
