Description

Objective:

The course objective is to teach students the technology skills and expectations required of entry-level staff in an office environment, and how a range of tools are used together to create, communicate, and collaborate. Students learn terminology for and distinctions between office suites, enterprise tools, and mobile apps; best practices in maintaining digital hygiene; the use of cloud-based technology for collaboration; the range of communication tools and related etiquette; and basic use of applications for word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.
