Description

Objective:

To provide the knowledge to effectively lead a customer requirements generation process in support of project team management.

  • Identify stakeholders
  • Probe/question to identify and document detailed requirements
  • Organize requirements into functions, attributes, constraints, and preferences
  • Prepare a requirements traceability matrix
  • Communicate requirements through the requirements document
