Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the interconnected processes involved in stress and recovery, with sleep highlighted as a core recovery modality. In this course, students learn the comprehensive science and the advanced coaching methods to guide clients to better sleep, recovery, and resilience, including the physiology and psychology of how bodies respond to stress and how they heal and grow naturally.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the physiological and philosophical principles of sleep, stress management, and recovery, within a framework of "deep health".
  • Acquire and practice the tools and processes required to effectively coach clients in the realm of sleep, stress management, and recovery.
