Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide an overview of site planning, scheduling, and management processes involving masonry, steel, concrete and wood construction processes.

  • Identify hand and power tools and other heavy equipment used in the construction industry
  • Appreciate the importance of process management to safe and efficient building practices and successful construction project management
