Description

Objective:

This course objective is to introduce curriculum in the early childhood setting; learn what effective curriculum is, what it entails, and what indicators help you identify its presence; learn the important factors to consider when deciding on the right curriculum for your program and your children, and how to plan appropriate curriculum for children in the early childhood setting; and learn the importance of properly observing and documenting children's learning through both formal and informal methods.
