Description

Objective:

The course objective is to examine the nature and sources of law, the United States court systems, litigation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, constitutional and administrative law, tort law and product liability, contract law, agency law, business organizations, business ethics and social responsibility, and property rights for both personal and real property.

Learning Outcomes:
