Objective:

The course objective is to provide emphasis on academic writing and critical thinking including evaluating thoughts and ideas in a learning community to provide a foundation for a variety of purposes and audiences; engaging practice in writing using rhetorical devices, argumentation, research, and appropriate citation methodologies; and focusing on process writing and revision.
