Description

Objective:

The course objective is to demonstrate an understanding of the history of leadership, apply teachings on vision and mission by developing personal vision and mission statements, discover how to operate from the leadership strengths inherent in their design, and expand their capacity to exercise better stewardship of their own time, resources, and gifts.

  • Analyze the mental model of creation, fall, and redemption and its effects on leadership
  • Critique the leadership studies by social scientists from the last two centuries
  • Apply the principle of vocation and the steps necessary to discovering a personal calling in their own lives
