Description

Objective:

The course objective is for students to build on their knowledge of fundamental Salesforce administrator skills to analyze business processes and optimize workflows in an applied business context. Students will use data analysis tools both within and outside Salesforce in order to measure key metrics and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, students will practice job-relevant business communication skills and demonstrate effective stakeholder management. The skills taught in this course are designed to prepare students for roles such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, and Sales Ops Analyst.
