Description

Objective:

The course objective is for students to become familiar with project management tools such as Google Sheets and Asana. Students will use tools to create a project schedule and budget. Students will also learn about procurement and project resources. Students will develop project kickoff activities, like planning an agenda for a meeting and setting up communications for the project team and stakeholders. Students will also create a communication plan.
