Description

Objective:

The course objective is to apply critical thinking and problem solving techniques in both individual and team environments to become more competent business advisors in support of their agency's mission.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply critical thinking skills to and use a problem solving model to resolve contracting dilemmas in the workplace
  • Identify and analyze the issues of an assigned topic and apply them to the organization
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of change through an improved understanding of the process and dynamics of change
  • Innovate and use best practices in combination with critical thinking, problem solving, and dilemma resolution skills for improved planning, execution, and performance management outcomes
