Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide an overview of labor laws and how they apply to federal contracts; and describe the application of the Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act, Walsh-Healy Public Contracts Act, wage determinations, adjustment of price service contracts, procedures for conforming wages, and other contract labor requirements.
