Description

Objective:

To enable the student to apply and use correct procedures and sound judgment in administering construction contract modifications and be able to advise the contracting officer on correct courses of action and achieve settlements with construction contracts in accordance with the FAR, DFARS, and basic statutes.

  • Develop and maintain techniques for quantifying and monitoring contract performance
