Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide the learner with an in-depth knowledge of the source selection policies and procedures of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) in order that students will be able to explain and implement the entire Source Selection Process, the Source Selection Evaluation Board Process, and the Technical Evaluation Process.
