Description Section 3 Content Section 3 Content Left Section 3 Content Right Objective: NHA's Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification may be earned by eligible candidates who pass the Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT), which is designed to assess knowledge associated with critical competencies of entry-level pharmacy technicians. The exam is comprised of 4-option multiple choice questions (100 items, 20 pretest), with a time limit of 2 hours 10 minutes. The exam is administered by trained proctors at PSI testing centers. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must either complete a training program or have relevant work experience. NHA does not provide qualifying training.
