Description

Objective:

The course objective is to improve the ability of FEMA grantees and sub-grantees to administer Federal grant funding. The course includes discussion and activities.

  • Apply sound business practices to increase efficiency and meet grants management priorities.
  • Prepare for Federal monitoring and conduct sub-grantee monitoring.
