Objective:

The course objective is to provide Project Managers (PMs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Business Managers, and other support personnel with the knowledge and skills to determine if a performance-based service acquisition (PBA) meets mission requirements and convert an existing contract to a PBA. Participants perform a job analysis, define performance standards, and expected outcomes, develop a performance requirements summary matrix and define acceptable quality levels, surveillance methods and incentives.
