The skills measured include supporting operating systems, application installations and desktop apps; Windows Store and cloud apps; supporting resource access with network connectivity, remote access, authentication, authorization, data storage, and data security; supporting Windows clients, devices, operating system, hardware, mobile devices, and client compliance; and managing clients by using Windows Intune.
