Description

Objective:

Upon completing the course, learners can use tools to recognize, respond, and mitigate a Behavioral Health Emergency effectively. The Behavioral Health Emergency Partnership Training (BHEPT) consists of three linked training segments: (1) Pre-Course Online Training; (2) Classroom Instruction, and (3) Scenario Based Training.

  • Identify behavioral health and cognitive disorders
  • Identify and articulate response to Crisis De-Escalation and Trauma Informed Care
