Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide General Managers and Franchisees with three or more stores the leadership skills and tools needed to run multiple stores. This course is a requirement upon approval for a fourth store. Students work to master aspects of becoming a multi-unit leader and address challenges faced when transitioning into multi-unit leadership, from leading others to achieving operational effectiveness of several units.
