Objective:

The course objective is to present various Agile methods, tools and techniques, and best practices for how to determine if an Agile approach is the right choice for a project or agency, as well as best practices for how to plan and implement Agile project management.

Learning Outcomes:

  • describe the philosophy and framework of Agile development
