Description

Objective:

To provide intermediate level students the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to negotiate fair and reasonable prices, respond to legal issues, and respond to changing customer requirements during contract performance.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Develop a proactive strategic approach to satisfy the customer's evolving requirements, take appropriate action to resolve various situations with legal implications, use audit reports to prepare a negotiation objective, apply contract pricing technique
