Description

Objective:

The course objective is to experience the real-world application of project management techniques from inception through closeout while providing hands-on training on how to create a work breakdown; use estimating tools and project management software outputs; generate a schedule using critical path analysis; employ earned value metrics; analyze risk; and codify lessons learned.
