Description

Objective:

To provide personnel new to the contracting workforce, or non-contracting personnel who play a role in acquisition process, with the knowledge and skills to perform the planning and pre-solicitation activities during the acquisition planning phase of the acquisition process (from forecasting requirements through receipt of procurement request).
