Description

Objective:

To provide knowledge of basic accounting principles used in federal business operations to conduct financial operations, develop prices, record transactions, and produce relevant financial statements.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Comply with the current policies and procedures affecting interagency business opportunities
  • Determine costs and set prices appropriate for business-like activities
  • Explain the procedures that will help avoid over-obligating, over-expending, or misusing reimbursable authority
  • Properly record interagency transactions
