Description

Objective:

The objective of the course is to develop the facilitation skills necessary to elicit and analyze quantifiable requirements on a project from all stakeholders in an organization; prepare for and conduct both face to face and remote group requirement gathering sessions; apply facilitation skills in a safe environment with a trained facilitator to guide them through various activities.
