Description

Objective:

The objective of the course is to help participants practice business analysis as it relates to the analysis and documentation of requirements. The course familiarizes participants with the core knowledge and skills required to identify and document user requirements. It also addresses how these requirements are managed throughout the life cycle of a project. This course is designed for business analysts who need to update or formalize their roles, authorities, accountabilities, and activities; project managers who incorporate the business analysis role into their functional activity sets; business managers and users who interface with business analysts; and systems analysts, technical leads, database analysts, and software developers who must use requirements as the basis for solution specification, development, and implementation.
