Description

Objective:

This course is a foundational course in the business analysis process for those new to the role of business analyst as well as those looking to gain more in-depth skill development as it is applied throughout a project. Participants will gain knowledge of why and when to involve the business analysis function and gain a working vocabulary to enable them to communicate effectively with those who perform that role. Participants will leave this course with the framework necessary to support their future efforts.
