Description

Objective:

The course objective is to use leadership, management, and communication skills to build motivational and mentoring skills. Students learn how to determine current performance levels, and define and evaluate results.

  • Determine individual leadership styles as related to self and others
  • Apply the elements of the Coaching and Mentoring Model and improve coaching and mentoring skills
