Objective:

The course objective is to teach techniques for creating high-impact, meaningful communication with coworkers, clients, and stakeholders. Through practical exercises, group discussions and case studies, students will learn how to determine their own communication style, identify the communication styles of their audience and adapt their delivery accordingly.
