Description

Objective:

The course objective is to upskill employees in the practice of Agile; when to use it, how to use, which tools and processes to employ, and how to lead teams in the adoption process. Applied Agile Techniques will expand the learner's knowledge of User Stories, characteristics that high impact Agile teams possess, and strategies to achieve a higher level of success within projects. The learner will demonstrate their understanding of User Stories by summarizing their function and criteria used to formulate them, as well as validate the strategies and techniques that will determine a product's success. Additionally, the learner will also identify the characteristics and role-play the techniques that high impact Agile teams possess.
