Objective:

The course objective is to introduce Agile principles relevant to today's environments, focusing on identifying and applying the right methodology, processes, and tools to each respective Agile project. The learner will demonstrate their understanding of these principles by outlining the various roles within Agile teams, justifying their approach to each Agile project, as well as create a development plan for each role.
