Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with the basic knowledge about Jiffy Lube, the customer experience, and how to keep employees and customers safe. This course also provides knowledge, skills and practice so the student can correctly perform the duties and tasks for each of the five Jiffy Team Service Standards positions: Courtesy Technician, Upper Bay Technician, Lower Bay Technician, Service Technician, Team Lead, and Customer Service Advisor.
