Description

Objective:

The course objective is for managers to acquire the knowledge and skills to become leaders who can build a top performing team in the service center. Managers will also learn how to exhibit Extreme Ownership in the workplace and develop coaching skills.
The Leadership Live session supports the CBT content and allows the managers to discuss the topics with the instructor and peers, along with participating in role-play based and interactive activities.
