The Certified Ethical Hacker exam is a 4-hour exam with 125 multiple-choice questions. This knowledge-based exam is designed to establish a minimum standard for credentialing in ethical hacking measures and inform the publisher when an individual meets or exceeds said standards. CEH v12 maps 100 percent to the ICE framework's Protect and Defend specialty area.
This exam measures skills in information security and ethical hacking, including an overview, reconnaissance techniques, system hacking phases, attack techniques, network and perimeter hacking, web application hacking, wireless network hacking, mobile platforms, IoT, OT hacking, cloud computing, and cryptography.
