Objective:
The course objective is to explore the various methods for acquiring goods and services needed to operate a Non-appropriated fund (NAF) program in the most efficient, cost effective manner and in accordance with established laws and regulations.

- communicate procurement terminology and relate to practices used in their program
- evaluate sample acquisition planning plans against the standard
- analyze different aspects of an Acquisition Plan (AP) in order to create the Purchase Request (PR)
- correlate relationship between Award and Bill of Sales (BOS) for given procurement requirement
- examine Contract Administration and Post Award Functions required for successful procurement
