Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with the knowledge, abilities and skills necessary to manage and lead the operations of a CYS Services division that achieves results consistent with Army standards and garrison needs.

Learning Outcomes:

Assess personal leadership style and its influence on the organization
Leverage personnel, finances, facilities and other CYS Services resources to maximize programs and services in a changing environment
Adjust leadership style to improve team outcomes
Analyze and project future trends in CYS Services and develop strategies for programming and services
Evaluate program results against applicable Army and CYS Services standards and matrices and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure success
