Description

Objective:

The course objective is to provide students with the knowledge, abilities and skills necessary to manage and lead the operations of a CYS Services division that achieves results consistent with Army standards and garrison needs.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Assess personal leadership style and its influence on the organization
  • Leverage personnel, finances, facilities and other CYS Services resources to maximize programs and services in a changing environment
  • Adjust leadership style to improve team outcomes
  • Analyze and project future trends in CYS Services and develop strategies for programming and services
  • Evaluate program results against applicable Army and CYS Services standards and matrices and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure success
