Description

Objective:

To analyze factors in Government, Marine Corps and society that impact Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) in order to develop leaders able to formulate balanced and viable MCCS programs.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply laws
  • Interpret regulations governing MCCS operations
  • Compare, contrast and determine relationships between funding sources and their impact on financial decisions
  • Compare and contrast personnel systems to develop human resources policy
  • Identify political, social and economic factors that influence MCCS vision, strategy, policy, governance, and effectiveness
  • Appraise and evaluate characteristics of MCCS programs to deliver a balanced program delivery
  • Apply Board of Directors (BOD), MCCS program standards, risk management, and assessment tools to remedy or redirect strategies and resources
