Description

Objective:

The course objective is to create an effective training program by leveraging change and influence models in developing training and non-training solutions that sustain quality CYS programming for children and youth.

Learning Outcomes:

  • generate a training strategy (plan of action) as a solution to an identified CYS hot topic, in accordance with Army Higher Headquarters Inspection (AHHI) guidance
  • create strategies to build relationships with key CYS stakeholders, in accordance with Influencer guidelines
  • incorporate the posture of CYS professional 'Advisor' to CYS key stakeholders in their communications, as instructed by law
