Objective:
The course objective is to provide child and youth services employees the knowledge, skills, and abilities to execute and safe guard child and youth services financial assets.
Learning Outcomes:
- understand and have the tools necessary to analyze and configure an effective and efficient program in order to sustain quality affordable programming for children and youth
- examine floor plans, staffing, business rules, ratios, funding per space as well as marketing, internal controls and other financial tools available to create and sustain a financially sound program
- participate in and have hands on practice of each element of planning and configuring a mock garrison's CYS program
