Description

Objective:

To provide Army business program managers with the knowledge and tools required to plan and lead a quality business program, and to develop a viable business program plan and lead its operations to achieve MWR Board-mandated business results.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Demonstrate skills in communicating the vision, mission, goals, objectives, and constraints of business programs
  • Demonstrate strategies for event management, internal management controls and business program logistics
  • Demonstrate marketing skills, strategies and partnerships to increase revenue and market share

  • Demonstrate skills and knowledge of recruitment, growth and retention for human resources
