Objective:

The course objective is to discover and develop the necessary skills to engage in life and career planning; focus on self-assessment, occupational exploration, and decision-making; discuss the conditions that impact career development and create a strategic career plan.

Identify the strengths, weaknesses, and the importance of teamwork
Discuss self-confidence and how to improve low self-esteem and boost confidence
