This examination requires candidates to demonstrate a firm understanding of The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership and the following skills: aligning systems, building culture, building trust, coaching, decision-making, empowering others, influence, initiative, integrity, performance management, providing feedback, setting strategy, and team vision. Successful examinees will further be able to reflect on character and competence - the elements of credibility that allow for intentionally building a culture of trust; create a shared vision, strategy, and communicate it so powerfully that others follow leaders on the journey; think big and execute a vision and strategy all the way through to completion with cascading goals; and develop the leadership potential in others and improve performance through consistent feedback and coaching.
