Description

Objective:

The course objective is to introduce students to key concepts and considerations related to ethical and moral leadership in the business world. In recent decades, corporate scandals have brought attention to the importance of ethical practices in business. As a result, the study of ethical leadership has evolved into a significant area of focus. This course aims to develop a deeper understanding of ethical awareness and responsibility. It also explores the historical development of management theories, including how ethical leadership has influenced various philosophical and ethical frameworks. Additionally, it examines the practical application of ethics in both professional and personal contexts, highlighting the role of ethical leadership in everyday decision-making.
