Objective:

The course objective is to introduce students to essential management theories and practical skills for leading organizations effectively. This course is designed for current or aspiring managers in diverse sectors, focusing on planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and team development. Students will explore leadership styles, decision-making processes, organizational structure, motivation, diversity, communication, and ethical challenges in management. Through applied assignments and discussions, students develop the ability to analyze real-world management situations and design strategies that promote organizational success and responsible leadership.
